Refund & Fulfillment Policy

One bid build for one solicitation: a bid / no-bid recommendation with a transparent fit score, a compliance matrix, a requirements and deadline checklist, your customer action list, narrative response drafts mapped to RFP sections, a pricing worksheet structure with unknown values left blank, a forms inventory with a field-by-field completion guide, a submission checklist, a risk and disqualifier report, a source-citation index, and your original uploads untouched.

Within 24 hours of a verified order. Every package is reviewed by a person before it is released to you — that review is part of the product, not an exception to it.

If we cannot read enough of your uploaded documents to produce a genuine analysis; if generation fails and we cannot complete the package; if we miss the 24-hour window and you no longer want the package; or if we determine the deliverable does not meet the description above. We would rather refund you than deliver invented content.

After a completed package has been delivered and downloaded, on the basis that the bid was unsuccessful, that you disagreed with a bid / no-bid recommendation, or that you missed a deadline or submission requirement that the package flagged.

Email chris@wlp-tv.com with your order email. Refunds are issued to the original payment method through Stripe. During the controlled beta, refunds are reviewed and issued by a person; nothing is automated.

You can cancel before your package is released and receive a full refund. Once a reviewed package is released to your workspace, section 4 applies.
